Conflict Café is a collaboration with the Culinary Arts Student Union to create an open venue to bring awareness to the perspectives, culture, and food that surround any countries experiencing conflict. Food is often described as a medium that brings everyone together. Each of these events happens once per semester and each conflict chosen depends on the events that happens internationally. In the past, Conflict Café has hosted the conflict around Syria and this semester, it will be hosting the conflict around the US 2016 elections. This event is ongoing for the year, and is held once a semester. Please check our calendar for 2016-2017 dates.
